The Commission of the City of Bozeman met in the Community Room, Gallatin County
Courthouse, 311 West Main Street, on Monday, August 21, 2006, at 6:00 p.m. Present were Mayor
Jeff Krauss, Cr. Sean Becker, Cr. Jeff Rupp, Cr. Kaaren Jacobson, City Manager Chris Kukulski,
Assistant City Manager Ron Brey, Director of Finance Anna Rosenberry, Director of Public Safety
– Police Mark Tymrak, Planning Director Andy Epple, City Attorney Paul Luwe, and City Clerk

housing plan as recommended by staff and CAHAB with an exception. Rather than 30%, as
suggested by CAHAB in the July 12, 2006 memo, the corresponding house price should be
based on 33% of the household's monthly gross income for PITI and homeowners association
dues.
Commissioner Rupp withdrew his second to the amended motion.
