Steen Garage COA/ADR/Dev Demolition of existing garage and construction of 518-square foot garage at 321 South 10th Avenue with two deviations. * Motion (to approve Certificate of Appropriateness and one deviation) 3. Resolution 3920; Amend FY2006 Appropriations Amend budget to transfer $1 million from General Fund and $1.5 million from Solid Waste Fund to the Library Construction Fund. * Motion (to adopt Resolution 3920) 4.
