E.Consent 1.Authorize City Manager to sign HRDC, Community Development Block Grant Management Agreement 2.Authorize City Manager to sign ThinkTank Mandeville Farm Masterplan PSA amendment #1 3.Authorize City Manager to sign Notice of Award for Durston Road N. 7th to N. 19th 4.Accept Easement for Public Access Easement from Nevado, LLC 5.Authorize City Manager to sign Glen Haven Annexation Agreement 6.Adopt Commission Resolution 3917 Glen Haven Annexation 7.Adopt Commission Ordinance 1667 Glen Haven Zone Map Amendment 8.Alder Creek Subdivision, Phase III Final Plat 9.Claims *Motion and vote (to approve consent items as listed above.)
