BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CO~~ISSION OF THE CITY OF' BQZEYillN Section 1- 'Ihat pursuant to tbe direction and by authority of the pr"ovisions of Section 11-2252, RCN] 1947, I and upon ,~stimates of such cost made by said City Conunission as authorized and directed by sa.id Section 11- 2252, RCH, 1947, to defray the cost of maintaining lighting systems and for electrical current in the sev- eral Special Imr,rovement Lighting Districts of the City of Bo:>"eman hereinafter specified, there is her}by levied and assessed against property and the several lots, pieces and pa reel s thereof, wi thin the boundaries of Special Improvement Lighting Districts Nos. 361, 362, 284, 288, 289, 290, 295, and 300 of the City of Bozeman respectively, as heretofore created and established, the total amounts as to each entire district and the several amounts as to each lot, piece, or parcel of land within the boundaries of such district, HS set forth, in the severs 1 schedules attached hereto and made e part hereof and marked separately for identifica tion a s Schedule A, for SILD No. 361 (Main Street); Schedue1 B for SILD No. 362 (W. Main St.); Schedule C for SILD No. 284 (Cleveland st.); Schedule D !for SILD No. 288 (S. Tracy Ave.), Schedule E for SILD No. 289 (N. Bozeman Avd.); Schedule F for SILD No.290 (S.Black Ave.); Schedule G for SILD No. 295 (S. Willson Ave.); Schedule R for SILD No. 300(N.Willson Ave.). l'he amOl1nt so levied and assessed is 75% of such estimated cost for each and all of said Districts except for SILD's Nos. 361 and 362, and as to such districts the levy and assessment is 50ro of such es- timated cost. Section 2. That a particular description of each lot, piece or parcel If land with the name of the I owner thereof, and the sum assessed and levied against such property and owner, or either, is set forth in the schedule of each district as specified and identified in Section 1 of this Resolution, and made a part of this Resolution as aforesa.id. Section 3. Thst the reguler meeting of the Commission of the City of Bozeman to be held on the 14th day of September, 1955, at 1;00 o'clock F.M. at the Commission Chamber, City Hall Building, in the City of Bozeman, be, and the same is hereby designated as the time and place at which objections to the final adop- tion of this Resolution will be heard and considered by said City Commission. Section 4. That the Clerk of the Commission be, and he is hereby ordered and directed to publish in the Bozeman Daily Chronicle, a daily newspaper of general circulation printed and published in said City of Bozeman, a notice signed by said Clerk as such, which notice shall state th,,_t this resolution levying and assessing the several amounts set forth in the Schedule attached hereto and made a part hereof as aforesaid, and for the put'poses herein stated, has been provisionaJl.y passed and adopted by the Commission of the City of Bozeman and is on file in the office of said Clerk and subject to inspection during regular office hours, for a period of five days from and after the publ icst ion of such notice and at any time duripg such office hours and at or prior to the regula.r meeting of the City Commissj on to be held on the 14th day of September, 1955, as stated in Section 3 hereof; that said Notice shall be so published once, and such I publication shall be made not less than five days before the time set for hearing; and considering objections to the final adoption of this Resolution as aforesaid. Said Resolution levies and assesses a special assessment uf,on a,ll the property in Sepcail Improvement Light- ing Districts Nos. 361 (E. Ma.in St.); 362 (lj~'. Me. n St.); 284 (Cleveland St.); 288 ( S . Tr a cy Av e. ) ; 289 (N. Bozen~n Ave.); 290 (S. Black Ave.); 295 (S.Willson Ave.); and 300 (N. Willson Ave.);, to defray the estimated cost of maintenance and electrical current for ea,ch of said districts, pursuant to the frovisions of Section 11-2252, RC~ 19~7, The portion of such cost assessed is 75% is to all of said Districts except Districts No. 361 and 362 (Main St.) and as to such districts the portion of the cost assessed is 50~. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN, That said Commission R solution No. 794 is no'>'l on file in the offic e of the '" Clerk of the Commission, city hall, Bozeman, Montana, and subject to inspection of all }ersol s interested for a period of Ii ve days; the. t Wednesday, the 14th day of September, 1955, at 1:00 o'Clock [.M. of said day at a regular session of the Commission of the City of Bozeman, Commission Room, City Hell Building, has been designated as the time and place when and where said Commission will hear and pass upon any and all objections that may be made to the final passage and adoption of said Commission Resolution ~o. 794. Ref'erenece is hereby made to Commission H",solutions Nos. 677, 678, 214, 284, 285, 286, 305 and 316 creating the Special Improvement I Lighting Districts above enumerated, which resolutions are on file in the office of said Clerk, subject to publ ic inspection during regular office hours.
