A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN,
MONTANA, ADOPTING, A~PROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE EXE-
CUTION OF A GRANT AGREEMENT RECEIVED FROM THE ADMINISTRATOR,
FEDERAL AVIATION AGENCY, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, BEING
PROJECT NO. 9-24-003-6105 AND CONTRACT NO. FA4-1459, FOR
THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE GALLATIN FIELD, BOZEMAN, MONTANA.
I Be it resolved by the City Commission of the City of Bozeman, Montana:
Sec tion 1. That the City of Bozeman, Montana, by and through its City Commis-
sion, and the County of Gallatin, by and through its Board of County Commissioners,
shail jointly enter into a Grant Agreement for tne purpose of obtaining Federal
Aid in the development of Gailatin Field and that such agreement sheil be as set
forth below.
Sec tion 2. That the Mayor be, and he is hereby authorized and directed, to
execute said Grant Agreement in sextupiet on behalf of the City of Bozeman, and
the Clerk of the City Commission is hereby authorized and directed to impress the
Official Seal of the City of Bozeman, Montana thereon and to attest said execution.

Section 3. That ail statements, representations, warranties, covenants, and
agreements contained in the Project Application for Federal Aid in the development
of Gallatin FieLd are hereby specifically ratified and adopted.
Section 4. That the Grant Agreement referred to hereinabove ahall be as
foilows:
