SW%, Section 35, T1 S, R5E, MPM to allow existing 12-foot-wide driveway to remain,
rather than requiring a 26-foot-wide driveway for two-way traffic; allow the existing
parking area to remain unpaved; and to not require the installation of perimeter curbing
