Have you ever served on a City or County Board or Commission?: no
Please explain your relevant qualifications, interests and experiences.: After living and growing
up in Bozeman for the past 15 years, I have developed a love for the many open spaces and
recreational opportunities that this area presents. I am an avid runner, skier, biker, gardener, and
also have a passion for community service. I believe that I could contribute a great deal to the
TOP board in that I am a frequent user of the many open spaces and trails located in and around
Bozeman, know many individuals from different walks of life who use local parks and trails for
a wide variety of recreational activities, and could connect people’s visions and ideas to help
improve these spaces in the future. Being an MSU student, I also could serve as a liaison for the
wants and needs of the large student population who use Bozeman recreational areas. I would
also apply my skills that I have learned from my major in Industrial Engineering in the fields of
human ergonomics and utility to help compromise and develop ideas from community members
to create an efficient, practical, and beneficial plan for the future of Bozeman parks.
