developer and entrepreneur in Bozeman. I have been directly involved in the development of
several projects along North 19th to include The Stoneridge PUD, Hilton Garden Inn, Old
Chicago and Stoneridge Square. I have owned and operated a commercial real estate brokerage
in Bozeman as well. As a third generation Bozeman native I also have an understanding of the
multitude of constituencies that comprise the Bozeman community. I have a Bachelors Degree in
Finance and a Masters Degree in Real Estate and Construction Management from the University
of Denver.

Other Info: I recognize the unique opportunity the community has to invest the money associated
with the bond in a prudent way that respects the wishes of the voters and creates a legacy to
Bozeman. How this money is invested will impact Bozeman for many generations so thoughtful
consideration must be applied to each request. Our natural environment and unique culture
define Bozeman, but our individual interests are broad and this bond issue needs to respect that
fact.
