Dear Chris Kukulski,
I am still interested in serving the City of Bozeman as a member of the Police Commission.
During the past 3 years, I have served on a Citizen Advisory Board as the Bozeman Public
Schools Representative on the Community Alcohol Coalition.
I would like to continue serving the City of Bozeman as a member of the Police Commission
Board that conducts hearings and decides on appeals brought by any member of the Police
Department who has been disciplined, suspended, removed or discharged.
I believe I am highly qualified to be appointed to this Board with over 25 years of dedicated
service as a member of the law enforcement community and as a graduate of the Second
Session of the Citizen Police Academy.
Respectfully,
Rick
