service as a member of a board.

To: Mayor Krauss and City Commissioners From: Chris Naumann, BID Executive Director
Re: Downtown BID Board Appointment
Meeting Date: TBD
RECOMMENDATION: On behalf of the BID Board, I would like to recommend re-appointing Eric Bowman to the position on the Downtown BID Board. Mr. Bowman is an owner of
downtown property at 36 East Main Street.
BACKGROUND: As required by Montana Code, the Downtown Business
Improvement District (BID) Board shall be comprised of not less than five, nor more than seven, owners of property within the district.
EFFECTS: This action would fill the vacancy created by the expiration of Mr.
Bowman for a term to expire in June of 2013. The appointment of Mr. Bowman will fill the only
vacant seat on this seven person board.
ALTERNATIVES: As suggested by the Mayor or City Commissioners
