PLEASE NOTE: Per Ordinance No. 1759, revising Chapter 2.01 of the Bozeman Municipal Code, all board members are required to attend a yearly ethics workshop provided free of charge by the City as a condition of service as a member of a board. Applicants should apply as one of the following: real estate financing; real estate sales; construction industry; organization that supports the availability of low- and moderate-income housing; organization providing services to low- and moderate- income persons; member of the public certifying that he or she is a low- or moderate-income person as defined by the City's affordable housing policy; representative from a recognized non-profit affordable housing development organization; member of the public certifying that he or she currently resides in housing designated as low- or moderate-income housing; member of the public who has demonstrated interest in special needs’ housing; or building industry professional.
