COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 1059
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY I
OF BOZEMAN AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF BONDS OF
SPECIAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NUMBER 424
WHEREAS, The City Commission of the City of Bozeman, Montana has duly
and regularly created Special Improvement District No. 424;
WHEREAS, the bonds to pay for the construction of Special Improvement
District No. 424 wi~l be sold and delivered on December 1, 1962 and June 1,
1963;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMIS-
SION OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN, MONTANA
That the bonds of Special Improvement District No. 424 of the City of Bozeman,
Montana shall bear the da te of December 1, 1962;
That Coupon No.1, shall be dated June 1, 1963 covering interest for a period
of siX months;
That Coupon No.2', shall be dated January 1, 1964 covering interest for a
period of seven months;
That all subsequent coupons shall be dated January 1 of the next year follow-
ing and covering interest for a l2-months period all in accordance with the
attached copy of the bond of Special Improvement District No. 424, and said I
oopy of bond made a part of this resolution.
Passed and adopted by the Comndssion of the City of Bozeman, Montana, at
a regular session thereof held this 28th day of November, 1962.
