HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution 1058 Date and Amount of Bonds in SID 424 --- .. ---- -- ..-.- 1.35 COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 1058 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN FIX- ING THE DATE, MATURITY DATE, AND PRINCIPAL AMOUNT OF BONDS ISSUED IN SPECIAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NUMBER 424. WHEREAS, At a regular session of the Commission of the City of Bozeman, I State of Montana, held on 27 June 1962, the said City Commission duly passed Commission Resolution No. lu41 creating Special Improvement District No. 424 of the City of Bozeman for the purpose of constructing and installing a pave- ment project on North Grand Avenue from Peach Street to Tamarack Street, on North Willson Avenue from Short Street to Cottonwood Str~et, on North Tracy Avenue from Peach Street to Tamarack Street, on North Black Avenue from Peach Street to Tamarack Street, on North Bozeman Avenue from Peach Street to Tam- arack Street, on North Montana Avenue from Peach Street to Aspen Street, on Peach Street from Grand Avenue to Black Avenue, on Cottonwood Street from Grand Avenue to Rouse Avenue, on Aspen Street from Tracy Avenue to Rouse Ave- nue and on Tamarack Street from Third Avenue to Rouse Avenue 1n said 01 tYi and WHEREAS, pursuant to said Resolution said Special Improvement District was duly created, bids for the construction of said improvements were called for, contracts for the construction ot said improvements were let and special improve- ment district bonds for the payment of said improvement were sold; NOW, THEREFORE, BE_IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN: That the bonds to be issued under said Special Improvement District No. 424 of the City of Bozeman shall bear the date ot 1 December 1962, shall have a maturity date of 1 January 1982, or before, and that the total princi- pal amount of the bonds to be issued under said Special Improvement District is $3Vb,UUU.UU. Of this issue $110,000.00 will be issued 1 December 1962, and the remainder ($l95,OOO.UO) on 1 June, 1963.
