Traditions Major Subdivision Pre-application P14026 (Rogers/Johnson)   3833 Durston Road  A Pre-Application Plan review for a major subdivision to subdivide 21.38 acres into 22 single-household lots and 6 multi-household lots with requests to waive supplementary information and a variance from Section 38.24.060.B, BMC, Level of Service Standards.    2. Witschard House COA/ADR Z14072 (Kramer/Johnson)   109 East Short Street  A Certificate of Appropriateness Application with a Variance request to allow the construction of a new single household dwelling and an accessory garage. A variance is requested to Section 38.21.050.H BMC to allow an accessory structure to occupy more than 20 percent of the lot area to the rear of the primary structure.    3. Petra Addition SP Z14113 (Krueger/Johnson)   4720 Classical Way  A Preliminary Site Plan Application to allow a classroom addition, a cafeteria addition, and site improvements to an existing school.    4. MOB5 Conditional Use Permit (Brekke/Johnson)   915 Highland Boulevard  A Conditional Use Permit Application to allow construction of a new 5-story Medical Office Building with adjacent parking modifications.    5. Brewhaus Brewery Conditional Use Permit/Certificate of Appropriateness Z14101 (Brekke/Johnson)   121 West Main Street  A Conditional Use Permit and Certificate of Appropriateness Application to allow a brewery with an attached tasting room for retail sales and on premises consumption of alcohol.    6. Norton East Ranch Preliminary SP (Rogers/Murray)   120 Water Lily Drive   A Preliminary Site Plan Application to allow the construction of a 12 unit multi-household structure and associated site improvements.    7. Cannery District Zone Map Amendment Z14072 (Krueger/Johnson)   101 East Oak Street  A Zone Map Amendment Application to allow a change in zoning designation from M-1, Light Manufacturing District and PLI, Public Lands and Institutions to B-2, Community Business on 3.86 acres generally located northwest of the intersection of East Oak Street and North Rouse Avenue.     ITEM 5. SECOND WEEK REVIEW  1. Cattail North Growth Policy Amendment Z14053 (Saunders/Johnson)   3646 N 27th Ave. and 4900 West Lake Road  A Growth Policy Amendment Application to change the future land use designation from Residential to Community Commercial Mixed Use on 32 acres on the eastern portion of the property generally located south of East Valley center Road and I-90 and west of North 27th Avenue.    2. Cattail North Zone Map Amendment P14016 (Saunders/Johnson)   3646 N 27th Ave. and 4900 West Lake Road  A Zone Map Amendment Application to amend the Zoning Map of the City of Bozeman on approximately 32 acres from R-O, Residential Office, to be designated B-2, Community Business, and from R-4, High Density Residential, to R-O, Residential Office on approximately 3 acres. This request is in conjunction with a growth policy amendment. The property is generally located south of East Valley center Road and I-90 and west of North 27th Avenue.    3. Laurel Glen Growth Policy Amendment P14020 (Saunders/Johnson)   856 Loxley Drive, Southwest corner of the intersection of Laurel parkway & Annie Street  A Growth Policy Amendment Application to change the future land use designation from Community Commercial Mixed Use to Residential on 2.0401 acres generally located southwest corner of the intersection of Laurel Parkway and Annie Street.    4. Laurel Glen Zone Map Amendment Z14071 (Saunders/Johnson)   856 Loxley Drive, Southwest corner of the intersection of Laurel parkway & Annie Street  A Zone Map Amendment Application to allow a change in zoning designation from B-1, (Neighborhood Business District) to R-2, (Residential Single Household Medium density) on 2.0401 acres generally located southwest corner of the intersection of Laurel Parkway and Annie Street.    5. Great Northern Preliminary SP/COA Z14124 (Rogers/Johnson)   608-614 West Griffin Drive  A Preliminary Site Plan with a Certificate of Appropriateness Application to allow the construction of two commercial/industrial buildings, associated parking, and related site improvements.    6. Universal Athletics CUP Z14096 (Riley/Johnson)   912 North 7th Avenue  A Conditional Use Permit Application to allow 12,000 square feet of interior space of the former Vans IGA building for Light Manufacturing uses (Silk Screening). Lot 9 Fowler Place MiSub P14013 (Riley/Johnson)   Fowler Avenue  A Preliminary Plat Application to allow the subdivision of .328 acres into one buildable lot and one lot for emergency access.    2. Boulder Creek MaSub P14023 (Riley/Johnson)   3663 Durston Road  A Preliminary Plat Application to allow the subdivision of 35.34 acres into 66 lots for R-2 and R-4 development.    3. The Flats at Meadow Creek Site Plan Z14137 (Davis/Johnson)   Enterprise Boulevard @ Lantern Drive  A Preliminary Site Plan Application to allow the development of three apartment buildings with associated parking and site improvements on 2.23 acres.    4. Muse Salon Site Plan/COA Z14081 (Krueger/Johnson)   Bozeman Gateway Pad Site F  A Site Plan/Certificate of Appropriateness Application to allow the construction of a 4,897 Sq Ft commercial multi-tenant building with associated parking and related site improvements    ITEM 7. INFORMAL REVIEW    1. The Springs at Bozeman Informal Review I14010 (Saunders/Johnson)   2632 Catron and 3072 & 3004 North 7th Avenue  An Informal Review Application for advice and comment on possible Growth Policy and Zone Map amendments to provide for the construction of a Senior Living facility with related site improvements on approximately 7 acres presently zoned B-1 and M-1.
