A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN
DECLARING IT TO BE TO TI:-IE: BEST INTEREST OF THE CITY OF
BOZEMAN AND THE ImIABITANTS TlffiREOF TO EXTEND THE BOUND-
ARIES OF THE CI'lry OF BOZEMAN 'ro INCLUDE A COWrIGUOUS
TRACT OF LAND OVVNED BY THE STA TE OF MOWI'ANA POR rrEE USE
AND BENEFIT OF MON'I'ANA S'I'A'l'E COLLEGE, SO AS TO INCLUDE
SAID CONTIGUOUS TRACT WITHIN rrHE CORt'ORATE LDHTS OF

THE CITY OF BOZEMAN
WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Commission of the City of
Bozeman, Montana, a certifica tion of ownership of the hereinafter described

administrative head and acting president

WHEREAS, it will be for the best interest of the City of Bozeman and
the inhabitants of said contiguous tract of l.and hereinbefore described to
extend the bOlmciaries of the City of Bozeman so as to include said contig-
uous tract within the corporate limits of the City of Bozeman, and that it
is the intention of the City Commission of the City of Bozeman, Montana, to
annex said contiguous tract to the City of Bozeman.

That pursuant to the provisions of Section 11-511, Revised Codes of
Montana, 1.947, it is hereby dec~ared to be to the best interest
of the City
of Bozeman and the inha bi tan ts thereof and the lnhabi tants of the contiguous
tract hereinbefore described that the boundaries of tne City of Bozeman be
extended so as to inc l.ude the contiguous
tract hereinbefore described within
the corporate limits of the City of Bozeman, Montana,
