Flanders Mill Phases 1-7 Major Subdivision Preliminary Plat 14024 (Saunders/Johnson)   Bordered by Baxter Lane(N), Ferguson Ave (E), and Flanders Mill Road(W)  A Preliminary Plat Application to allow the subdivision of 136.75 acres into 292 single-household lots, 2 multi-household lots, one public institution lot, variances requested for alternative sidewalk option and wetland setbacks, and provision of alternative parkland option and alternative block length and width and variance for a deficient Level of Service at the intersection of Ferguson Avenue and Durston Road.    2. Cannery District Zone Map Amendment Z14072 (Krueger/Johnson)   101 East Oak Street  A Zone Map Amendment Application to allow a change in zoning designation from M-1, Light Manufacturing District and PLI, Public Lands and Institutions to B-2, Community Business on 3.86 acres generally located northwest of the intersection of East Oak Street and North Rouse Avenue. Brewhaus Brewery Conditional Use Permit/Certificate of Appropriateness Z14101 (Brekke/Johnson)   121 West Main Street  A Conditional Use Permit and Certificate of Appropriateness Application to allow a brewery with an attached tasting room for retail sales and on premises consumption of alcohol.     2. Traditions Major Subdivision Pre-application P14026 (Rogers/Johnson)   3833 Durston Road  A Pre-Application Plan review for a major subdivision to subdivide 21.38 acres into 22 single-household lots and 6 multi-household lots with requests to waive supplementary information and a variance from Section 38.24.060.B, BMC, Level of Service Standards.    3. Petra Addition SP Z14113 (Krueger/Johnson)   4720 Classical Way  A Preliminary Site Plan Application to allow a classroom addition, a cafeteria addition, and site improvements to an existing school.    4. M OB5 Conditional Use Permit (Brekke/Johnson)   915 Highland Boulevard  A Conditional Use Permit Application to allow construction of a new 5-story Medical Office Building with adjacent parking modifications.    5. Norton East Ranch Preliminary SP (Rogers/Murray)     120 Water Lily Drive  A Preliminary Site Plan Application to allow the construction of a 12 unit multi-household structure and associated site improvements.    ITEM 6. INITIAL WEEK REVIEW  1. Witschard House COA/ADR Z14072 (Kramer/Johnson)   109 East Short Street  A Certificate of Appropriateness Application with a Variance request to allow the construction of a new single household dwelling and an accessory garage. A variance is requested to Section 38.21.050.H BMC to allow an accessory structure to occupy more than 20 percent of the lot area to the rear of the primary structure.    2. Cattail North Growth Policy Amendment Z14053 (Saunders/Johnson)   3646 N 27th Ave. and 4900 West Lake Road  A Growth Policy Amendment Application to change the future land use designation from Residential to Community Commercial Mixed Use on 32 acres on the eastern portion of the property generally located south of East Valley center Road and I-90 and west of North 27th Avenue.    3. Cattail North Zone Map Amendment P14016 (Saunders/Johnson)   3646 N 27th Ave. and 4900 West Lake Road  A Zone Map Amendment Application to amend the Zoning Map of the City of Bozeman on approximately 32 acres from R-O, Residential Office, to be designated B-2, Community Business, and from R-4, High Density Residential, to R-O, Residential Office on approximately 3 acres. This request is in conjunction with a growth policy amendment. The property is generally located south of East Valley center Road and I-90 and west of North 27th Avenue.    4. Laurel Glen Growth Policy Amendment P14020 (Saunders/Johnson)   856 Loxley Drive, Southwest corner of the intersection of Laurel parkway & Annie Street  A Growth Policy Amendment Application to change the future land use designation from Community Commercial Mixed Use to Residential on 2.0401 acres generally located southwest corner of the intersection of Laurel Parkway and Annie Street.    5. Laurel Glen Zone Map Amendment Z14071 (Saunders/Johnson)   856 Loxley Drive, Southwest corner of the intersection of Laurel parkway & Annie Street  A Zone Map Amendment Application to allow a change in zoning designation from B-1, (Neighborhood Business District) to R-2, (Residential Single Household Medium density) on 2.0401 acres generally located southwest corner of the intersection of Laurel Parkway and Annie Street.    6. Great Northern Preliminary SP/COA Z14124 (Rogers/Johnson)   608-614 West Griffin Drive  A Preliminary Site Plan with a Certificate of Appropriateness Application to allow the construction of a retail building, associated parking, and related site improvements.   7. Universal Athletics CUP Z14096 (Riley/Johnson)   912 North 7th Avenue  A Conditional Use Permit Application to allow 12,000 square feet of interior space of the former Vans IGA building for Light Manufacturing uses (Silk Screening).
