The purpose of this letter is to Amend the Claimants' March 12, 27 and 31,
2014 Notices of Claim by adding as additional claimants:
Sloane and Joseph Kitowski
611 St. Andrews Drive
Bozeman, MT 59715
As explained in the prior notices (incorporated by reference) as a result of
actions by the responsible governing entities, the Kitowskis have been damaged by
the release and migration of toxic chemicals from the City's landfill and are
asserting claims against the City, State and County. While claims may also exist
against others, including the Developer and its agents, they submit their claims to
you as required by MCA § 2-9-301.
