RELEASE OF AGREEMENT AND NOTICE OF INTENT TO LIEN UPON REAL
PROPERTY
WHEREAS, on April 17,2013 an Agreement and Notice of Intent to Lien to Secure Payment
of Deferred Development Impact Fees was recorded as Document No. 2448441 with the Gallatin
County Clerk and Recorder; and,
WHEREAS, Grantor has satisfied the conditions for the release of lien encumbering certain
parcels under said Agreement.
NOW THEREFORE, the Grantee hereby releases all of its right, title, and interest to the lien
in the real property described as: Lot 1, Block 4, West Winds Subdivision and addressed as 1546
Tempest Court
