COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 1112
(Corrective City Resolution)
A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN, MONTANA, AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR AND CLERK OF THE CITY COMMISSION TO EXECUTE A BARGAIN AND SALE DEED.
I WHEREAS, the City of Bozeman by and through the City Commission, upon the recommendation
and approval of the City Manager, has heretofore entered into negotiations with Jessie B.
Kemp for the sale of the hereinafter described property for the sum of Eight Hundred Forty-
five Dollars ($845.00) cash; and,
WHEREAS, it appears to the City Commission that it is to the best interest of the City
of Bozeman to complete said sale by the execution and delivery of a deed to said party.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN AS FOLLOWS:
That the Mayor of the City of Bozeman, R. Harry Morrow, be and he hereby is authorized
for and on behalf of the City of Bozeman, and consideration of the sum of Eight Hundred
Forty Five Dollars ('45.00) in hand paid, to make and execute a deed transferring and
conveying to Jessie B. Kemp the following described real property situate in the City of
Bozeman, County of Gallatin, St.1t.e of Montana, to-wit;
Lot Seventeen (17) Block "G" of Supplementary Plan of Hoffman's Addition to Bozeman,
Montana, according to the official Plat of survey thereof now on file in the office
of the County Clerk and Recorder of Gallatin County, Montana.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Commission at its regular meeting held on the 18th
day of March, 1964.

I, C. K. Wilson, Clerk of the Commission of The City of Bozeman, do hereby certify
that the foregoing Resolution No. 1112, was published by title and number in the Bozeman
Daily Chronicle, a newspaper of general circulation printed and published in said City
in the issue of the 23rd day of March, 1964, and due proof of such publication is on
file in my office.
