A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
BOZEMAN APPROVING THE FORM OF 1'HE BONDS OF Sl'ECIAL
IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NOS. 427, 43l AND 434 AND AUTHOR-
IZING A COVENANT THEFBIN RELATING TO TIill OBLIGATION OF
TIm CITY OF BOZEMAN '1'0 LEVY AND COLLECT TAXES ON ALL
TAXABLE PROPERTY IN THE CITY OF BOZEMAN AS SHALL BE I
NECESSARY TO MEET THE REqUIREMENTS OF SPECIAL IMPROVEr.1ENT
DISTRICT REVOLVING FUND, BUT NOT TO EXCEED IN ANY ONE
YEAR FIVE PERCENT (5%) OF THE PRINCIPAL AMOTTNT 01" THE THEN
OUTSTANDING SPECIAL IMPRO\~MENT DISTRICT BONDS AND WARRANTS.
BE IT RESOLVED THE CITY COM1\HSSION OF THE CITY
OF BOZEMAN, MONTANA:
Section 1
That the form of the bonds issued in Special Improvement Districts 427,
431 and 434 be and the same hereby is ratified and approved.
Section 2
Tha t au.thori ty to include the f01.l0wing provision in the form of said
bonds as a covenant thereof is hereby granted to-wit:
"This bond is payable from the collection of a special tax or assessment
which is a lien against the real estate within said Improvement District, as
described in said resolut1on hereinbefore referred to, and also by the creation,
establishment and maintenance by Ordinance No. 612 of The City of Bozeman, pur-
suant of the authority of Sections 11-2269 to 11-2273 inclusive, R.C.M. 1947,
of a fund known and designated as 'Special Improvement District Revolving
Fund', and for the purpose of providing funds for said Special Improvement
District Revolving Fund, The City of Bozeman, is obligated to levy and collect
such a tax on a1.1 the taxable property in said City as sha~l be necessary to
meet the financial requirements of such Fund, but not to exceed in anyone
year five per cent (5~b) of the principal amount of the t'ben outstanding spec-
ial improvement district bonds and warrants." -
Passed and adopted by the City Commission of the City of Bozeman at a I
regular session of said Commission held on the 11th day of February, 1964.
