A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMNIISSION OF THE CITY OF
BOZETAAN FIXING THE DATE, MATURITY DATE, AND 1-'RINCIl-'AL
I AM01JNT OP BONDS ISSUED IN SfECIAL IM J?ROVEMENT DISTPICT
NO. 434
WID~REAS. at a regular session of the Commission of The City of Bozeman,
S ta te of Mon tana, held on the 18th day of September, 1963, the
said City
Commission duly passed Commission Resolution No. lU88 creating Special Improve-
ment District No. 434 of the City of Bozeman for the purpose of constructing
and installing a pavement project on Spring Creek Drive from the South line
of Thompson Addi tioD Number '['hree to the in terse c tion wi th the ex tens ion wi th
the West line of Lot One, Block Four of said Addition, also the access drive
between Spring creek Drive and Spring Creek Road, also a portion of Highland
Court from Spring Creek Drive to a line 166.25 feet westerly therefrom, and
WHEREA S , pursuant to said Resolution said Special Improvement District
was duly created, bids for the construction of said improvements were called
for, contracts for the construction of said improvements were let and special
improvement district bonds for the payment of said improvement were sold:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OP BOZEMAN:
I That the bonds to be issued under said Special Improvement District
No. 434 of the City of Bozeman shall bear the date of 1 January, 1964, s ha 11
have a ma turi ty da te of 1 January. 1984, or before, and
that the total princi-
pal amount of the bonds to be issued under said Special Improvement District
is $46,00U.00, and will be issued 1 January, 1964, and in denominations
of
$1,000.00 each.
Passed and adopted by the Commission of the Ci ty of Bozeman a t a regular
session thereof held on the 11. day of February. 1964.
