I A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BuZE-
l'iIAN PIXING 'l'HE DATE, MATUHITY DATE, AND PRINCIPAL AMOUNT
OP BONDS ISSUED IN SPECIAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 427.
WHEREAS, at a regular session of the Commission of the City of Bozeman,
State of Montana, held on the 2'1th day of March, 1963, the
said City Commis-
sion duly passed Commission Resolution No. 1066 creating Special Improve-
men t Dis tric t No. 427 of the Ci ty of Bozeman for the purpos e of cons true ting
and installing a pavement project on North Tenth Avenue from Beall Street
to Durston, Road, and
WHEREAS, pursuant to said Resolution said Special Improvement District
was duly created, bids for the construction of said improvements were called
for, contracts for the construction of said improvements were let and spec-
i~l improvement district bonds for the payment of said improvement were sold:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMIS-
SION OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN:
Tha t the bonds to be issued under said Special Improvement District
No. 427 of the Ci ty of Bozeman s11al1 bear the da te of 1 January, 1964,
shall
I have a maturity date of 1 January, Is) 84, or before,
and that the total princi-
pal amount of the bonds to be issued under said Special Improvement District
is $35,uOO.OU, and will be issued I January, 1964,
and in denominations of
$1,000 each.
Passed and adopted by the Commission of the City of Bozeman at a regu-
lar session thereof held on the ld day of February, 1964.
