BE rr RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMi'HSSION OF THE CITY OF
BOZEMAN, MON'J'At-JA:
Sec tlon 1
That the form of the bonds issued in Special Improvement Districts
428, 432 and 433 be and the same hereby is ratified and avprnved.
Section 2
~hat authority to include the following provision in the form of
said bonds as a covenant thereof is hereby granted to-wit:
tlThis bond is payable from the collection of a special tax or assess-
ment which is a lien against the real estate within said Improvement District,
as described in said resolution hereinbefore referred to, and also by the
creation, establishment and maintenance by Ordinance No. 612 of The City of
Bozeman, pursuant of' the authority of Sections ll-2269 to 11-22'13 inclusive,
R. C. M. 1947, of a fund known and designated as 'Special Impro'Tement District
Revolving Fund', and for the purpose of providing funds for said Special
Improvement District Revolving Fund, The City of Bozeman, is obliga ted to
levy and collect such a tax on aLL the taxable property in said City as as
shall be necessary to meet the financial requirements of such Fund, but not
to exceed in anyone year five per cent (5%) of the principal amount of the
then outstanding special improvement district bonds and warrants."
Passed and adopted by the City Commission of the City of Bozeman at a I
regular session of said Commission held on the 29th day of January, 1964.
