COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 1106

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
BOZEMAN B'IXING THE DATE, MATURITY DATE, AND PRINCIPAL
I AMOUNT OF BONDS ISSUED IN SPECIAL IMl-'ROVEMENT DISTRICT
NO. 433.
WHERF~S, at a regular session of the Commission of the City of Bozeman,
State of Montana, he~d on the 18th day of September, 1963, the said City Commis-
sion duly passed Commission Resolution No. lu8'7 creating Special Improvement
District No. 433 of the City of riozeman for the purpose of constructing and
installing a pavement project on North Ninth Avenue from the south street line
of West Beall Street to the south line of Durston Road, also from the east
line of Eleventh Avenue North to the center line of Seventh Avenue l\Jorth;
and
WHEREAS, pursuant to said Resolution said Special Improvement District
was duly created, bids for the construction of said improvements were called
for, contracts for the construction of said improvements were let and svecial
improvement district bonds for the payment of said improvement were sold:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CUNIrnSSION OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN:
That the bonds to be issued under said Special Improvement District
I No. 433 of the City of Bozeman shall bear the date of 1 February, 1964, shall
have a maturity date of 1 January, 1984, or before, and that the total princi-
pal amount of the bonds to be issued under said Special Improvement District
is $72,OUO.Uu, and will be issued 1 February, 1964.
Passed and adopted by the Com:r1ission of the Ci ty of Bozeman a t a regu-
lar session thereof held on the 12- day of January, 1964.
