A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY 01" BuZEMAN
FIXING THE DATE, MATURITY DATE, AND PRINCI1-'AL AMOUNT OF BONDS
ISSUED IN SPECIAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NUMBER 432.
WHEREAS, at a regular session of the Commission of the City of

Bozeman, State of Montana, held on the 26th day of June, 1963,
the sa id
Ci ty Commission duly passed Commission Resolution No. lu8u creating Spec-
ial Improvement Dis tric t No. 432 of the Ci ty of Bozeman for the purpose
of constructing and installing an outfall sewer from Block 3, Royal Vista
Addition to the City of Bozeman to points of intersection with existing
sanitary sewers and septic systems within the confines of Montana State
College; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to said Resolution said Special Improvement Dist-
rict was duly created, bids for the construction of said improvements
were called for, contracts for the construction of said improvements were
let and special improvement district bonds for the payment of said improve-
ment were sold;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED
BY THE
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN:
Tha t the bonds to be issued under said Special Improvement Dist-
rict No. 432 of the City of Bozeman shall bear the date of 1 February, I
1964, shall have a ma turi ty da te of 1 January, 1984, or before,
and tha t
the total principal amount of the bonds to be issued under said Special
Improvement District is $185,OUU.00, and will be issued 1 February, 1964.
Passed and adopted by the Commlssion of the City of Bozeman at a
regular session thereof held on the 15 day of January, 1~64.
