A RESuLUTIuN OF THE COMMISSION OF THE CI'l'Y OF BOZEMAN,
MONTANA, AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CLERK OF THE CITY
COMMISSION TO EXECUTE A BARGAIN AND SALE DEED.

WHEREAS, the Ci ty of Bozeman by and through the C1 ty Commission, upon
the recommenda tion and approval of the Ci ty Manager, has here tofore en tered
into negotiations with Eugene Graf, Jr. and Union ~and & Livestock Co., Inc.,
a Montana corporation, for the sale of the hereinafter described property for
the sum of 'i'hree 'I'housand Dollars ($3, UUO . au) cash; and,
WHEREAS, it appears to the City Commission that it is to
the best inter-
est of the City of Bozeman to complete said sale by the execution and delivery
of deeds to said parties.
NOW, rJ'HEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF 'I'HE CITY OF BOZEMAN
AS FOLLOWS:
That the Mayor of the City of Bozeman, Fred M. Staudaher,
be and he nereby
is authorized for and on behalf of the Ci~y of Bozeman, and consideration of
the sum of Three Thousand Dollars ($3,UUU.Uu) in hand paid, to make and execute
deeds transferring and conveying to the followi~g named grantees the following
described real property situate in the city of Bozeman, County of Gallatin,
State of Montana, to-wi t:
Eu~ene Graf, Jr. and Genevieve S. Graf, husband and wife
Lots One (1) , Two (2 ) and Three
(3 ) in Block "An of
Meadowlark, a 1.950 rearrangement of a portion of
Bulen's Subdivision in Gallatin County, Montana, being
a part of the East Half of Section 19, Township
2 Sou th,
Range 6 Eas t, M.P.M.
I lffiion Land & LivestOCK Co., Inc. , a Montana Cor~oration
Lots Seventeen (17) and Elgh teen (18)
in Block "A" of
Meadowlark, a 195V rearrangement of a portion of Bulen's
Subdivision in Gallatin County, Montana, being a part
of the East Half of Section 19, Township 2 South, Range
6 East, M. P.M.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Commission at its regular meeting held on
the ~ day of October, 1963.
