I BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZEWAN: Section 1. That pursuant to the direction and by authority of the pro- vis ions of See tion 11-2252, R.C.M., 194'1, and upon e s tima tea of such cos t made by said Ci ty Commis::!ion as authorized and directed by said Section 1.1-2252, R.C.M., 194'/, to defray the cost of maintaining lighting systems and for elect- rical current in the several Special Improvement Lighting Districts of the City of Bozeman hereinafter specified, there is hereby levied and assessed against the property and the several lots, pieces and parcelS thereof within the bound- aries of Special Improvement Lightin District No's. 284, 288, 289, 2VOr 295 300, 361, 362, 388, 400 420 and 423 of the City of Bozeman respect vely, as ~eretofore created and established, the total amounts as to each entire dist- rict and the several amounts as to each lot, piece, or parcel of land within the boundaries of such district, as set forth, in the several schedule attached hereto and made a part hereof and IDBrked separetly for identification as ScnedUle One thru Schedule Twelve. - The amount so levied and assessed is '15% of such estima ted cost for each and all of said Districts except for SILD's. No's. 36l anc. 362, and as to SILD No's. 361 and 362 the levy and assessment is 5U% ofsuch.estima ted cost. Sec~ion 2. That a particular description of each lot, piece or parcel of land with the name of the owner thereof, and the Sl~ assessed and levied against such property and owner, or either, Is set forth in the schedule of each dist- rict as specified and identified in Section one of this Resolution, and made a part of this Resolution as aforesaid. - Section 3. That the regular meeting of the Commission of the City of Bozeman to be heLd on the 23rd day of Selt., 1964, at l:vU o'clock p.m., at the Commission Chamber, City H~uilding, n the City of Bozeman, be, and the same is hereby designated as the time and place at which obJections to the final adoption of this Resolution will be heard and considered by said Commission. I Section 4. That the Clerk of the Commission be, and he is hereby ordered and directed to pUblish in the Bozeman DailY Chronicle, a daily newspaper of g?neral circ~la~ion printed and published in said Cit~ of Bozeman, a notice s :lgned by sa ld (j lerk as such, which no tice shall s ta te tha t this resolution levy:lng and assessing the several amounts set forth in the Schedules attached hereto and made a part hereof as aforesaid, and for the purposes herein stated has been provisionnlly passed and adopted by the Commission of the City of Bozeman and is on file in the office of said Clerk and subject to inspection during reg- ular office hourse, for a period of five days from and after the publication of such notice and at any time during such office hours and at or prior to the regull:!r meeting of the City Comnnssion to be heLd on the ~ day of sevt., lV64, as stated in Section 3 hereof; that said Not ce shall. be so published once, and such publica tion Shl:!ll be made not less than five days before the time set for hearing and considering objections to the final adoption of this Resolution as aforesaid.
