NOW TlIEREFoRE, BE IT RESOLVED AND 1'1' IS iillTi'EBY ORDERED BY 'I'IIE CUM;\~ISSION of I 'l'llE OI'rY OF BOZEMAN, STATE OF MONTANA: See tion 1. rJ'ha t during the year 1963-1\:J64 The C1 ty of Bozeman has removed the snow from sidewalks adjoining premises in The Ci ty of Bozeman and defrayed the cost thereof as set forth in schedule "One" hereto attached and made a part hereof. Section 2. That to defray the cost $'149.41 of removing said snow from side- wa.lks ad,1oining said premises as set forth in said Schedule "One", hereto attached and made a part hereof, for the year 1963-1964, there be, and there is hereby levied and assessed a special tax against said property as set forth in said Schedule "One", hereto attadhed and made a part hereof; that a particular descri- ption of each lot and parcel of land with the name of the owner and the sum assessed against him or it is set forth in assessment ..list hereto attached marked Schedule "One", and made a part hereof; tha t the several sums set oppos i te the names of the owners and the description of the lots and parcels of land be, and the same are hereby levied and assessed upon and against said lots and parcels of land; that the several Sums be collected from the respective owners of said lots and parcels of lands described in said assessment .list, Scheaule "One", as requred by law; tha t sa id sums sha 11 be pa id and the collec tion thereof shal.l be made in the manner and in accordance with the law governing the collection of special improve- ment taxes; that failure to pay such assessments when same shall become due and payable shal.l make such person and such lots and parcels of land liable to the penalties provided by the law re..Lative to delinquent taxes. Section 3. That the regu.lar session of the Commission of The City of Bozeman to be held on the 23rd day of September, 1964, at the Commission Room, C1 ty .Hall BuIlding, be, and t:fie'"same is hereby designa tad as the time and p.lace a t which objections to the final adoption of this Resolution wil.l be heard by the Commission. Section 4. That the C.lerk of the Commission be, and he is hereby directed I and ordered to publish in the Bozeman Dai.lY Chronicle, a daily newspaper printed and published in said City of Bozeman, a notice signed by the Clerk of the Commis- sion, and stating that a resolution ..levying a specia.l assessment of taxes to defray the cost of removal of snow and ice from sidewalks adioining certain pre- mises in The City of Bozeman for the year 1963-1~64 is on file in the office of the C.lerk of the Commission, subject to inspection for a period of five (5) days; that said notice shall state the time and place at Which objections will be heard by the Commission to the final adoption of this Resolution; that it shal.l be published at least five days before the date set by the Comrission for hearing objections and the final adoption of tnis Resol tion. \ 30~(' Provisiona~LY passed and adopted by the Commission of The City of Bozeman at a regu~ar meeting of said Commission on the 16th day of September" 1.964. sj R. NO'I'ICE IS HEnEBY GIVEN, 'l'hat at a re~u~ar session of the Commission of The I Ci ty of Bozeman, he~d on the 16th day of eptember, 1964, Commission Resolution No. 1134 was duly passed and adopted; that said Commission Resolution No. 1134 levles-ind assesses a specia~ assessment of taxes upon certain properties ~he City of Bozeman for the year lY63-1964 to defray the cost of removal of snow for the year 1963-1964. That said Commission Resolution No. 1134 is now on fi~e in the office of the Clerk of the Commission of said City O'fljozeman subject to inspection of all persons interested for a period of five (b) days, by any person interest; that Wednesday, the ~ day of September, 1964, at l:UO orc~ock p.m. of said day at a regular session of the Commission of The City of Bozeman, Commlssion Room, City Hall Building, has been designated as the time and place when and wnere said Commission will hear and pass upon any and a~l objections tha t may be m!:ide to the final adoption and passage of said Commission Resolution No. 1134, and the levy- ing of said assessment; that said Resolution wilL f'ina~ly be passed and adopted at said reguLar session of said Commisf1ion, subject to such corrections and amend- ments as may be made upon objections made and fi1.ed within five days ~imit as provided by law.
