OF THE CITY 01" BOZEMAN, MONTANA, WHICH PROVIDES FOR THE
REDEMPTION OP MUNICI.PAL BONDS FROM AND AFTER FIVE YE!~RS

Will~REAS , the City Commission of the City of Bozeman, Montana, did on
the 1st day of ,J'I.1y, 1964, pass and adopt resolution Ho. 1127 providing
for the issuance of $475,uuU.OO municipal build1ng bonds in accordance
with the authorIty conferred by the voters of the City of Bozeman at a
special e.1ection held on .Tune 2, 1964; and,
WHEREAS, said Resolution provided, among other things, IIThey may be
redeemed in fUJI, at the option of the City, on any interest payment date
from and after 1J years from the da te of issue"; and,
WHEREAS, it has come to the attention of the City Commission that
under and pursuant to Section 11-2304, R.C.M. 1947, that municipal bonds
issued for a longer term than (5) years may be redeemed at the option of
the ci ty or town five ( 5) years from the date of issue on any interest
payment date thereafter.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Commission of the City
of Bozeman, tha t Resolution No. .1l27 provide for the redempti on,f said
municipal bonds five (5) years from the date of issue and on any interest
payment date thereafter, and that the foregoing provision of Resolution
No. 1127 be, and the same hereby is amended to read as fO.l1ows:
They may be redeemed in ~1.11, at the option of the City, on any
interest payment date from and after five (5) years from the
date of issue.
PASSED AND ADO.PTED BY the City Commission of the City of Bozeman,
Montana, this 7th day of October, 1964.
