WHEREAS, there has
been fl1ed with the Clerk of the City Commission of
the City of .uozeman, Montana, a petition in due form of certain owners of properties
situated on Main Street Between the westerLy 'treet Line of Wallace Avenue and tne
westerLY street Line of Eighth Avenue South, and on Sevent~ Avenue Nortn between tne
nor therLY line of Main Street to t he northerly line of Oak Street, asking the. t a
special improvement district be created for the purpose of constructing and re-
constructing an asphaltic"'concrete pavement project to include intregal concrete
curbs and gutters,
stonn drainage, and other work incidental thereto; and
WHEREAS, at a regular
meeting of the Gity Commission of the City of
Bozeman held on the G7th day of January,
L9 65 , the aforesaid petition was res-
pectively considered and granted;

Payment
s
That the payments for said improvements shall be made in twenty (2v) annual
installments extending over a period of nineteen (19) years, but this shall not
be construed to prevent payment in full at any regular payment date by any property
owner who desires to do so.
It is proposed to pay tne en ti re cos t and expe ns e of
the construction and installation of said improvements with caSh to be obtained
from the sale of bonds of said Special Improvement Vistr1ct No. 452, as author-
ized by law. Such bonds will be in denomina tions of $lOO.VO each, and fractions
or mul tip.1es of $lOO.UO where ne cessary to be is sued and Chargeable agains t a fund
to be known and designated as Special Improvetffint J.listric t No. 462 Fund of the
City of Bozeman. The bonds wiL1. be redeemable at the option of the ....ity, singly
or in multiples, and in the order of their registration whenever funds are
available for that purpose in said Special Improvement District No. 452 Fund.
Said bonds will draw a si"'1ple interest from ttle date of their registration until
cal.1ed for payment, at a rate not to exceed s1-x percen t (6~) per annum, which
interest shaLl be chargeab.1e as a part of the cos t of cons truction and insta.11-
a tion of said improvement s .
'l'he bonds wil..!. be is sued and sold in accordance with
the provisions of Section 11-2232 nnd Section 11-2271, Revised Codes of Montana,
1947, and all other app.1lcable provisions of 'lltle 11 of
the Revised Codes of
Montana, 1947, relating to specia.1 improvement districts in cities ani towns, and
any amendments thereof or thereto.

Special Improvement Istrict No. 452, the improvements proposed to be made pursuan$
