My husband recently reminded me of how we experienced just that while he was still teaching photography at MSU and brought a group of students to our home to work in his darkroom, which is located in the basement. am glad for the 9 homes that share sewer lines that the city has the funds to replace them. The question I have for you tonight relates to Democracy. A friend who was visiting phoned one of the city engineers who called our question a "good question". My hope is that the multitude of other questions which have been brought to you for consideration can also be well addressed before the project is undertaken. May 1 , 2014 a_ How do you justify a non-response as a vote of support? Didn't the Protest Form designate a vote for Protest or Support? It did not stipulate that a non-response was also a vote of support. How can this legally be justified? Our understanding of the response that did occur was 20 votes against and 2 votes in support.
