Dear Mike:
At its October 7, 2003 meeting, the DRC voted to conditionally approve the concurrent
construction plan for The Village Downtown. Bob Murray and I have reviewed the plan and
found that all of the conditions had been met. Your concurrent construction plan is approved
subject to the submitted plan and the following change to criteria H.
H. No occupancy will be granted until all requirements have been met. The two units
may not be open to the public as model homes until occupancy is granted.
