Board members should disclose information or discussions they have had regarding a board related topic. IV. Public Comment a. For any member of the public interested in commenting on beautification matters. V. Items of Discussion a. Review information for 2014 Clean Up Day – April 26th (Allyson & Terry)
• Raffle Prize Update – Prizes due to Allyson no later than Wed., April 23rd
• Breakfast and coffee details
• Quick review of suggested clean up spots in community
