COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO.4513
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
BOZEMAN, MONTANA, CONSENTING TO APPOINTING FIREFIGHTERS
IN ACORDANCE WITH MONTANA CODE ANNOTATED 7-33-4106.
WHEREAS, Section 7-33-4106, Montana Code Annotated, provides that mayor or manager
shall nominate and. with the consent of the council or commission, appoint the chief of the fire
department, the assistant chief or chiefs of the fire department,and all firefighters.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Commission of the City of Bozeman,
Montana, that the following listed personnel are appointed to the Bozeman Fire Department. The
appointments shall be retroactive to the employees' original date of hire listed in his or her personnel file.
All future employees shall be appointed via separate resolution upon their effective hire date.
