Message: I am against using the Trails and Open Space funding for a soccer andlacrosse playing fields. If the fields can bring in business, then there should be ahotel and restaurant tax to pay for the fields. I doubt the general public could usethe fields much since priorities would be given to the teams. Let the teams alsocontribute to paying for the fields. I voted for the bond so it would cover trails, openspace, and parks -- places that the general public can use and don't have to reserveor be a member of an organization to use.
