Message: re the proposed $7.5M sports complex: Dear Commissioners, I favor such a
complex but not the proposed method of funding. The complex favors a rather narrowconstituency. Moreover, the current request would consume a large proportion of remaining
bond money. An alternative: approve a 50% match of money raised by the interest group upto 50% of the request (~$3.75M). This leverages the bond and scales the pay out to the size
