to the Commissioners, Thank you for designating a part of the Open Space Fundsfor the Story Mill Park. When we voted to support the increase in our property taxesthis is exactly what we had in mind. After reading the recent article in the chronicleabout the financial gain to the businesses in town if tournaments are held here wethink it makes a lot more sense to have those businesses engaged in a fund raisingproject for the sports complex. We own a cafe in Four Corners and have asked ourlocal customers if they support the complex and they consistently say that was notwhat the Open Space Funds were meant for. With all the school expenses and thenecessary water expenses that are on the table, we believe the Open Space fundswere meant for more parks that everyone could enjoy. Thank you for all that youdo to make Bozeman a pleasant place to live. Steve and Mary Lou Osman
