Its backers argue that it will bring $3.5 million annuallyinto the Bozeman economy from competitions it could then host. I did not vote forthe Open Lands bond to be used to build tourist attractions. If the sports complexwill be so profitable, then it should be able to fund itself. I would support allocatinga portion of the bond fund (say a third of it) to be used as seed money with therequirement that it be paid back within 5-10 years from the revenue its backers sayit will generate.
