The proposed Westbrook Subdivision is a 63-lot major subdivision located on a 33.57 acre
parcel currently known as Lot 2A of Minor Subdivision No. 201A, located between Laurel
Parkway on the west side and Traditions Subdivision on the east side, immediately north of
Durston Road and South of the proposed extension of Annie Street.
The 62 lots proposed with this subdivision will be developed as single family residential homes
and 1 lot will be developed as multiple family residences. The proposed lots will have an
average size of 7,552 square feet. The development is intended to be of a similar character to
the existing homes and lots in the adjoining Laurel Glen Subdivision. Parkland and Open Space
is provided around the development to buffer the development from the existing Baxter Creek.
Approximately 37% of the gross acreage of the proposed development will be dedicated as
Parkland or Open Space.
