Message: After reading today's BDC story, I am appalled at the arrogance of thesports complex group! Just the comment "the city should develop policies to pay forinfrastructure for the new parks being funded by the bond" is enough to make mewant to reject the proposal. The City already has an infrastructure policy and I can'tbelieve it would include $2.5 million to a non taxpaying park. The properinfrastructure will be there soon, as the land to the west is subdivided. $5 million isenough to build a fantastic facility with wells and septic systems.
