Preliminary plat review - Greenway Subdivision - Mike Potter, P.C. Development - Motion and vote to open and continue review for a period of one week, in to subdivide 23.99 acres located in the NE~, Section 11, T2S, R5E, MPM, into 83 response to applicant's letter and to provide adequate time for staff to residential lots for 108 dwelling units (south of Durston Road at Hunters Way) prepare the necessary paperwork (P-9450) (LW) 6. Ordinance No. 1389 - adopting by reference the latest editions of specified Motion and vote to adopt on first reading and bring back in two weeks technical codes, and providing for automatic adoption of all future editions of said for final adoption codes upon adoption by the State of Montana 7. Ordinance No. 1390 - amending specified sections of Chapter 13 of the Bozeman Motion and vote to adopt on first reading and bring back in two weeks Municipal Code to provide for revising of the requirements for the waste water for final adoption pretreatment program 8. Discussion - proposed schedule for revising of recommendations forwarded by Housing Task Force and adoption of those recommendations and policies 9.
