Progress reporUreview of draft budget recommendation for enterprise funds for Fiscal Year 2005-2006 B. Pledge of Allegiance and Moment of Silence C. Public comment This is the time for public comment on matters falling within the purview of the Bozeman City Commission. As this meeting is a work session and no action will be taken by the Commission on work session agenda items, no additional public comment will be taken during the remainder of the work session unless specifically requested by a Commissioner. Please limit your comments to 3 minutes. D. Commission Discussion/Non-Action Items 1. Presentation re proposed installation of traffic signal at intersection of South Willson Avenue and West College Street (Debbie ArkelllMontana Department of Transportation) Listen; ask questions for clarification; accept public comment 2. Informal review - pre-application plan and PUD concept plan for Edgewood Townhouses - subdivide :t3.72 acres of partially developed land at northeast corner of intersection of South Rouse Avenue and East Lincoln Street into ten residential lots as a mix of two existing single- household dwellings and 8 condominium units with multiple relaxations - HKM Engineering, Inc., for Soman Development, Inc. (Dave Skelton) Listen to staff presentation; listen to applicant presentation; forward individual Commissioner comments 3. Discussion re creation of impact fee review committee, its composition and quorum requirements (Chris Saunders) Listen to staff presentation; discussion 4.
