This is the time for public comment on matters falling within the purview of the
Bozeman City Commission. As this meeting is a work session and no action will
be
taken by the Commission on work session agenda items, no additional public comment
will be taken during the remainder of the work session unless specifically requested
by
a Commissioner. Please limit your comments to 3 minutes.

1. Presentation re proposed installation of traffic signal at intersection of South
Willson Avenue
and West College Street (Debbie ArkelllMontana Department of Transportation)

2. Informal review - pre-application plan and PUD concept plan for Edgewood Townhouses
-
subdivide :t3.72 acres of partially developed land at northeast corner of intersection
of South
Rouse Avenue and East Lincoln Street into ten residential lots as a mix of two
existing single-
household dwellings and 8 condominium units with multiple relaxations - HKM Engineering,
Inc., for Soman Development, Inc.
