COj'T.MI3SIOlJ HESOLUTION NU. 12 95 - ...- 258 SECTION 3 That the entire cost and expense of making the special improvements herein referred to in said Special Improvement District No. 474 shall be paid by SpecitU, Improvement District Coupon BOJJds, as authorized by the laws of tJ1C 2ta te of Nontana, wrjiclJ bonds slJall be in the denomination of One Hundred Dollars (:;;;100.00) each, and fractions or rrlUl tiples thereof where necessary, to be issned I and charcear)le against a fund to be known as "Special Iwprovernent District No. Lah Fund", said bonds to be. redeemable at the option of the City of Bozeman, MontcuJct, whenever funds are available for that purpose from said Special Improvemen t District No. 4'(1+ Fund; said bunds shall draw interest at a raLe .no t to exceed six percent (6~~) per annum, which 8h2.11 be char[;eable as a part of the cos t of said improvements and shall rill1 from the date of the registration of said bonds unti.l said bonds are paid. To pay said bonds, and the :interest thereon, repref3enting the cost of said j.mprovement, a special assessment shall be levied agaj.nst all of the lands with:tn said Special Improvement District No. 4'14 as in said Resolution of Intention No. 1290 defined. SECTION 4 ' Said assessment and -taxes shall be payable in twenty (20) annual installments extendinr: over a period of nineteen (19) years, with interest on deferred payments, but t:)is provision shc~J.l not be construed to prevent full payment at any time. SECTION 5 That the City Engineer be, and he is hereby, d:Lrected to prepare plans and specifications for the doinG Df said work and the lllak:Lng uf said improvements. SECTION 6 I That pursuant to the provisions and authority conferred by Section 11-2232, Revised Codes of Montana, 1947, said bonds may be sold to the h:i.ghest and best bidd.er therefor for cash, and the proceeds of such sale used in making payment to the corltractor, or con-Lractors, for such work, and s ueh paYJrJent may be made eitr18r from time to time on estimates made by the enf:ineer :Ln charge of such improvements for the City, or upon the entire completion of tbe improvements and the acceptance - thereof by the City Commission. SECTION 7 That upon completion of plans and specifications by the C:i..ty Enr;ineer for the doing of said work and the making of said improvements, the Clerk of the City Commission of the City of BozeIlk'ill, Hontana, be, and is hereby directed to publish a notice inviting proposals for the makin[; uf said improvements on said Special Improvement District No. h74, whj_ch notice shall refer to the plans and specifications on fj.le, by pubLshinc SLlch notice in_ two (2) i.SSlWS of the Bozeman Dajly Chronicle, a daily newspaper printed and publj.shed in the City of Bozeman, not less than ten (10) days before the time such bids will be opened.
