8. Commission Resolution No. 3837 - authorize City Manager to sign - Change Order No.
1 for Hyalite transmission main project - DLM Contracting, Inc., Bozeman, Montana-
add $5,176.22 and 36 calendar days
9. Authorize City Manager to sign - Acceptance of Middle Creek water rights from
developer of Baxter Meadows Subdivision - total of 50 acre feet from #58-A-3-A and
#58-A-1-A
10. Authorize City Manager to sign - (1) Purchase Agreement and (2) Acceptance of Quit
Claim Deed for 45-foot-wide strip along north end of tract recorded in Film 147, Page
