Ordinance No. 1648 - amending the zoning designation from "R-S", Residential- Suburban, to "R-O", Residential-Office, on 10 acres lying along west side of Haggerty Lane, south of its intersection with Ellis Street; finally adopt 17. Ordinance No. 1649 - amending the zoning designation from "R-3", Residential- Medium-density, to "R-4" , Residential-High-density, on 10.13 acres at the southeast corner of the intersection of West Oak Street and North 14th Avenue; finally adopt 18. Ordinance No. 1650 - establishing initial municipal zoning designation of "R-3", Residential-Medium-density, on 90.552 acres lying south of West Oak Street extended, east of Flanders Mill Road and north of Durston Road at Ferguson Road extended; finally adopt 19.
