Suburban, on :!:33 acres lying along north side of Bridger Drive, immediately northeast
of Headlands Subdivision; finally adopt

16. Ordinance No. 1648 - amending the zoning designation from "R-S", Residential-
Suburban, to "R-O", Residential-Office, on 10 acres lying along west side of Haggerty
Lane, south of its intersection with Ellis Street; finally adopt
17. Ordinance No. 1649 - amending the zoning designation from "R-3", Residential-
Medium-density, to "R-4" , Residential-High-density, on 10.13 acres at the southeast
corner of the intersection of West Oak Street and North 14th Avenue; finally adopt
18. Ordinance No. 1650 - establishing initial municipal zoning designation of "R-3",
Residential-Medium-density, on 90.552 acres lying south of West Oak Street extended,
east of Flanders Mill Road and north of Durston Road at Ferguson Road extended;
finally adopt
19. Ordinance No. 1651 - amending the zoning designation from "R-S", Residential-
Suburban, to "R-1", Residential-Single-household, Low-density, on 84 acres in Phase

20. Authorize Mayor to sign - Agreement between City of Bozeman and Accessible Space,
Inc., for Home Investment Partnership Program; Deed Restriction Agreement between

21. Authorize City Manager to sign - Acceptance of Waterline and Storm Drainage
Easement and Agreement from Baxter Meadows Development, L.P. - across remainder

22. Acknowledge receipt of petitions for expansion of business improvement district; refer
to staff
23. Acknowledge receipt of request for annexation of approximately 320 acres lying along
east side of Story Mill Road, immediately east of the City's landfill (Churn Creek
Annexation) - Churn Creek Partners, LLC; refer to staff
24. Acknowledge receipt of Building Inspection Division report for August 2005

Motion and vote to approve, and authorize and direct the appropriate persons to
complete the necessary actions

Bozeman City Commission. There will also be an opportunity in conjunction with each
agenda item for comments pertaining to that item. Please limit your comments to 3
