Call to Order -7:00 p.m. - Commission Room, City Hall, 411 East Main Street B. Pledge of Allegiance and Moment of Silence C. Signing of Notice of Special Meeting D. Introduction of guests E. Public comment This is the time for individuals to comment on matters falling within the purview of the Bozeman City Commission. There will also be an opportunity in conjunction with each of the items under "Commission Action Items" for comments pertaining to that item. For those items listed under "Discussion/Non-Action Items", no action will be taken by the Commission, and no additional public comment will be taken unless specifically requested by a Commissioner. Please limit your comments to 3 minutes. F. Commission Action Items 1. Review of proposed design for Durston Road improvements from North 19th Avenue westward to Fowler Avenue Listen to staff presentation; ask questions for clarification; accept public comment; motion and vote (to select design option) 2. Appointments to boards and commissions: (a) Audit Committee, (b) Beautification Advisory Board, (c) Board of Appeals, (d) Bozeman Area Bicycle Advisory Board, (e) Community Alcohol Coalition, (f) Community Development Block Grant Economic Development Loan Review Committee, (g) Design Review Board, (h) Downtown Bozeman Improvement District Board (I DB), (i) Downtown Business Improvement District Board(BID), m Historic Preservation Advisory Board, (k) Library Board of Trustees, (I) Parking Commission, (m) Police Commission, (n) Recreation and Parks Advisory Board (student representative), (0) Senior Citizens' Advisory Board, (p) Tree Advisory Board and (q) Zoning Commission Motion and vote to appoint G. Commission Discussion/Non-Action Items 1. Pre-application for Meadow Creek Subdivision - subdivide 278 acres generally lying west of South 19th Avenue, between Stucky Road and Blackwood Road extended into residential lots and open space - Allied Engineering for JCD Development (P-05031) (Dave Skelton) Listen to staff report; listen to applicant's presentation; forward individual Commissioner comments 2. Discussion - FYI Items - Updates from City Manager and other staff members - Updates from Commissioners H.
