A RESOLUTION Of THE COJv1tv!ISSION OF THE r;ITY OF ROZF.MAN, MONTANA, DECLARING IT
TO BE THE INTENTION OF SAID COMMISSION TO VACATE ALl, ALLEYS IN BLOCK :3,
SPRING-
BROOK ADDTTTON TO THE CITY OF BOZEMAN, MONTANA.
WHEREAS,
there has been filed 'vith the Clerk of the City Commission in the City of Bozeman,
Hontana,
a petition by the owners of the prooerty abutting the alleys inB10ck
3 of the Springbrook
I Addition to
the City of Bozeman, requesting that the City Commission of the City of Bozeman
under-
take proceedings
to va~ate all alleys in Block 3 of said Springbrook Addition to the City of
and
Bozeman;
WHEREAS,
it ,qppears to the City Commission
to be to the best interest of the City of Bozeman and the
inhabitants
therein that said request be granted.
NOH, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN:
Section 1
Declaration
of Intention
It is hereby declared
to be the intention of the City Commission of the City of Bozeman to
vacate all alleys
in Block 3 of the Springbrook Addition to the City of Bozeman to permit the erection
of buil(Hngs and
the construction of a parking lot over and across said alleys, provided
that in
the event that said buildings
be removed or said parking area cease to be used for said purposes,
said alleys shall revert to and
become the property of the City of Bozeman, Montana, in the same
manner as
laid out on the official plat thereof now on file and on record in the
office of the County
Clerk and Recorder of Gallatin
County, Montana.
Section 2

Notice
That the City Manap;er of the City of Bozeman is hereby directed
to cause notice of the adoption
of this resolution of intention
to be served in the same manner that service of Summons is required
on all persons whose property
abuts upon the alleys in said Block :3 of Springbrool< Ac1r1i tion to
the
City of Bozeman, Montana, which
will be affected by the propos0d vacation, and by publication once
in a daily newsnaper in general
circulation in the City of Rozeman, Montana.
Section 3
Time for Objections
That the regular session of the
City Commission of the City of Bozeman, Montana, to be he ld at
the Commission Chamber in the
City Hall Building, Bozeman, Montana, on Wednesday,
the 14th day of
December,
1966, at the hour of one o'clock p.m. of said day,
is the time and place \'1hen and where
the City Commission will hear
and pass upon all objections to the vacating of said alleys.
ADOPTED by the Commission of
the City of Bozeman at a regular session th.ereof held on the
16th day of November,
1966.

Room in the City Hall building, Tlozeman, Montana, is designated
as the time and place to hear objections
to the vacatin~ of all the alleys in block
3 of the
Springbrook Addition to the City of Bozeman, Montana, and is
the time and place any person whose
pronerty abuts on said alleys pronosed
to be vacated may apnear and object to the nroposed
vacation.
This notice is given pursuant
to Section ll-33l0, Revised Codes of Hontana, 19h7.
