A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN FIXING THE DATE,
MATURITY DATE AND THE PRINCIPAL AMOUNT OF RONDS TO BE ISSUED IN SPECIAL
TMPROVEHBNT DISTRICT NO. Lt?!l.
WHEREAS, at a regular session of the Commission of the City of Bozeman, State 0 fMontana,
I held on the 10th day of August,
1966, the said City Commission duly nassed Commission
Resolution
No. 1295,
creating Special Improvement District No. 474, entitled:
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN CREATING A SPECIAL
H1PROVEMENT DISTRICT TO BE KNOWN AS SPECIAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. {,7L!- OF THE
CITY OF BOZEMAN FOR THE PURPOSE OF CONSTRUCTING AND INSTALLING AN EIGHT INCH
SANTTARY SEWER LATERAL MAIN TO SERVE A PORTION OF THE KIRK SUBDIVISION NO.4
AND STROZZT'S SUBDIVISION OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN, MONTANA.
WHEREAS, pursuant to said Resolution said Special Improvement District was duly created,
bids for the construction of
said improvement were called for, contracts for the construction
of said improvement were let
and special improvement district bonds for the payment of said
improvement were sold.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN:
That the bonds to be issued under said Special Improvement District No. 11-74 of the City of
:Bozeman shall bear the date
of November 1, 1966, shall have
a maturity date of January 1, 19S('i,
and
that the total principal amount of the bonds to be issued under said Special Improvement
District is Sl~,OOO.OO, and the
attached coupons may bear the facsimile signature of the Mayor
and
the Clerk of the Commission.
Passed and adopted by the Commission of the City of Bozeman at a regular session thereof
I held on the 5th clay of October,
1966.

certify that the foregoing Resolution No. 1311, was published by Title and number
in the Bozeman Daily Chronicle, a newspaper of general circulation printed and pub-
lished in said City in the issue of the 6th day of October, 1966, and due proof
of
such publication is on file in my office.
