A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN FIXING THE DATE,
MATURITY DATE AND THE PRINCIPAL AMOUNT OF BONDS TO BE ISSUED IN SPECIAL
IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. !f 72.

Improvement District No. 4,72, entitled:
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN CREATING A SPECIAL
IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT TO BE KNOWN AS SPECIAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 472 OF
THE CITY OF BOZEMAN FOR THE PURPOSE OF CONSTRUCTING AND INSTALLING A SIX INCH
WATER MAIN ON NORTH SIXTEENTH AVENUE BETWEEN WEST BEALL STREET AND DURSTON
ROAD, INCLUDING TRENCH EXCAVATION AND BACKFILL, INSTALLATION OF CAST IRON
WATERMAINS, NECESSARY FITTINGS, VALVES AND HYDRANTS AND OTHER APPURTENANCES
AND WORK INCIDENTAL THERETO.
WHEREAS, pursuant to said Resolution said Special Improvement District was duly created, bids
for the construction of said
improvement were called for, contracts for the construction of said
improvements were let and special
improvement district bonds for the payment of said improvement

NO~ THEREFORE, HE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN:
That the bonds to be issued under said Special Improvement District No. LI72 of the City of
Bozeman shall bear the date of
November 1, 1966, shall have a maturity date of January 1,
1986,
and that the total principal
amount of the bonds to be issued under said Special Improvement
District is $18,000.00, and the
attached coupons may bear the facsimile signature of the Mayor
and the Clerk of the Commission.

held on the 5th day of October,
1966.
