COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 1308
A REsn!.UTION OF THE CITY cnMVISSTON
OF' THE CITY OF BOZEMAN FIXING THE DATE,
MATURITY DATE AND THE PRINCIPAL
AMOUNT OF BONDS TO BE ISSUED IN SPECIAL
IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 471.
WHEREAS, at a re?;ular session of the Commission of the City of Bozeman, State of Montana,
held on the 29th day of June 1966,
the said City Commission duly passed Commission Resolution No. 1281,
creating Special Improvement District No. 471, entitled:

OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN CREATING A SPECIAL
IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT TO BE KNOWN
AS SPECIAL INpl{OVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 471 OF
THE CITY OF BOZEMAN FOR THE PURPOSE
OF f:ONSTRUCTTNG AND INSTALLTNG AN EIGHT
INCH SANITARY SF.WER LATERAL
SAID SEWER TO BE CONSTRUCTED AND INSTALLED ON AN
EASEMENT TIlROUGH BLOCKS 4 ANT)
5 OF KIRK SECOND ~UTmIVISION TO BOZEMAN, MONTANA,
SAID CONSTRUCTION AND INSTALLATION
TO TNCLTIDE TRENCH EXCAVATION AND BACK,
LAYING OF VITRIFIED TILE, NECESSARY
WYE BRANCHES, PIPE BEDDING, HANHOLES AND
OTHER APPURTENANT WORK NECESSARY
THERETO.
WHEREAS, pursuant to said Resolution said Special Improvement District Has du ly created,
bids for the construction of said improvement Here called for,
contracts for the construction of
said improvement were let and special improvement district bonds for the ~ayrnent of said improvement
w.ere so ld .
NO~ THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED
BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN
That the bonds to be lAsued under said Special Improvement District No. (,71 of the City of
Bozeman shall bear the date of November 1,
1.966, shall have B maturity date of January 1,
1976, and
that the total principal amount of the bonds to be issued under said Special Improvement District is
Sll,OOO.OO, and the attached coupons may bear the facsimile siRnature of the Mayor and
the Clerk of
the Commission.
